Our club has experienced an amazing growth rate over the past three seasons. We have also experienced a less than 1% departure rate during this timeframe. We attribute the low departure and the high growth rate to our ability to meet our commitments to our players and their families.

 

The PESC Board has voted unanimously again this year to reject the implementation of the transfer, release or withdrawal fee’s that have been implemented by other S. Florida soccer club’s.   We have the utmost confidence in our ability to provide all of our players with an environment that will allow them to achieve their maximum growth potential as both a player and a person.   We also believe that it is the right of the player and their family to decide on an environment that best suites their needs. We will not penalize a family that chooses to invoke their right to make that decision.  We would encourage those that may consider opportunities with other clubs to give careful consideration to this and to thoroughly review any agreements that you may be asked to sign.
