Player Registration: (selected players)
Any player that does not complete the registration process will not be guaranteed a spot on a team. Open spots may be offered to players on the waiting list. Players that cannot attend must make other arrangements directly with their coach.  Players must attend registration to be sized for their uniform.

All forms must be completed and submitted at registration. Players must complete the online player/team registration process prior to attending registration. Payment or a financial assistance forms must also be submitted at registration. All forms and player registration requirements are available on the website. 

Required Documents at Registration:  (Player must register online for their age group after they are selected)

1.      Check or receipt to confirm online payment.  (Financial Assistance Application)
2.      2 passport sized photographs.
3.      Copy of birth certificate or passport (players new to FYSA)
4.      FYSA Player Registration Form
5.      Notarized Medical Release
6.      FYSA Code of Ethics
7.      Signed Player/Parent Agreement
8.      Signed Financial Expectation Agreement
9.      PAL Registration Form
10.    All players 12 years old and up with foreign birth certificates will require international clearance or waiver. If you are already with PESC and did this previously, there is no need to do it again. The forms are available on the Eagles web site under forms.
 
Plantation Eagles Tryouts 2008/09
 
Welcome to tryouts for the 2008/09 season. The Plantation Eagles Soccer Club has experienced significant growth and performance improvement during the past three seasons. The Plantation Eagles are among the top performing clubs in S. Florida in terms of college placement, high school player recognition, tournament & college showcase acceptance and player retention. We look forward to continuing this trend in 2008/09.
 
Tryouts:
All players must register for tryouts both on line and at the Central Park concession stand on the first night.  Players will receive a number which should be affixed to the right leg of their shorts. Players will not be allowed to participate without an assigned number. Players must use the same number for all tryouts.
 
A list of the players that have been selected for each team will be posted on the web site on Tuesday night, June 3. Some teams may be posted earlier, if final selections are completed prior June 3.

All players must complete the player registration process in order to be eligible to participate in the 2008/2009 season.

Please print and complete all forms prior to attending your team registration.  The Registration Forms are available by clicking on the link on the left side of this page.

All players must also complete the on line registration process for the 2008/2009 season.  Registration fee can be paid via credit card using the on line process. This step must be completed regardless of whether you registered on line for tryouts.

Uniforms will be available for sizing at registration.
